To receive full credit, the item must be returned in its original condition with all price tags attached. Credit will be made via original form of payment upon receipt of the item.
- We do not cover the shipping cost for returned item; you will be responsible for the return postage. We strongly recommend using shipping methods that provide a tracking number and insurance coverage, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Shipping Policy
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Registered Mail) within Malaysia.
- All items are shipped within 1 business days of receipt of full payment. The goods will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within Klang Valley (KL/PJ) and within 2-3 working days for all deliveries outside Klang Valley (Outstation).
- Orders received AFTER 9 am (CST) will ship next business day.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification that includes your Internet tracking number, so you may follow your package's progress.
- Your order will ship by Isis Logistic shipping carriers' within 1 business days. Please allow Isis Logistic shipping carriers' at least 2-3 business days for delivery.
- For all other methods of delivery, we recommend that someone be available to accept the package.
